Music at the Ovens

As you might imagine, anything connected to the Chapins would have deep roots into music, the family's first love.

Every night, the park glows with faces lit by campfires, and the sounds of voices and guitars singing familiar songs. Singing around the fire is one of our most loved events. The get-togethers are usually quite informal and friendly.

Inside the Ol' Gold Miner Diner from 9:00 p.m. on, Steve Chapin plays the piano and fills the room with his eclectic mix of "music for all time". Various local (and visiting) musicians often drop in to add their songs and voices to the party. You'll have a good time here, the ambiance is great and there's good food and good drink.
